The Consignment Gallery Closing Details

As of September 1, 2010, all unexpired consignment contracts ended, regardless of previous expiration date.

Any consignment under contract not retrieved or arrangements made for retrieval by September 11th, 2010 will be considered abandoned and will immediately become the property of The Consignment Gallery, as per the Consignment Gallery contract.

Any and all outstanding gift certificates or store credits must be redeemed by the November 13, 2010 or become null and void. Cash will not be reimbursed.

A Store Closing Sale will begin on Wednesday, November 3rd and run through Saturday, November 13th, 2010.

All items will be cash and carry. No delivery, no storage, no payment plans. All Sales are Final. All items sold as is.
